Jack Frost Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup blue curaçao
  • 1/2 cup vodka (or coconut rum for a sweeter twist)
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (like Coco López)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar or shredded coconut for rimming the glass
  • Honey or simple syrup (optional, for rimming)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glass: Pour a bit of honey or simple syrup onto a small plate. On a separate plate, add sugar or shredded coconut. Dip the rim of your glass into the honey, then into the sugar or coconut for a frosty look.

  2. Blend the Drink: In a blender, add pineapple juice, blue curaçao, vodka or coconut rum, cream of coconut, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  3. Serve: Pour the mixture into your frosty-rimmed glass and enjoy!

Garnish Suggestions:

  • Add a festive straw, a small candy cane, or a sprig of rosemary to complete the icy, wintery feel.
