Jack Frost Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup blue curaçao
- 1/2 cup vodka (or coconut rum for a sweeter twist)
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut (like Coco López)
- Ice cubes
- Sugar or shredded coconut for rimming the glass
- Honey or simple syrup (optional, for rimming)
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass: Pour a bit of honey or simple syrup onto a small plate. On a separate plate, add sugar or shredded coconut. Dip the rim of your glass into the honey, then into the sugar or coconut for a frosty look.
Blend the Drink: In a blender, add pineapple juice, blue curaçao, vodka or coconut rum, cream of coconut, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy.
Serve: Pour the mixture into your frosty-rimmed glass and enjoy!
