Ingredients:
- 2 shots of espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice cubes
- Oat milk (about 1/2 cup)
- Optional: Vanilla extract or cinnamon stick for extra flavor
Instructions:
Brew Espresso:
- Brew 2 shots of espresso (or about 1/2 cup of strong coffee if you don't have an espresso machine).
Make the Brown Sugar Syrup:
- In a small cup or bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Stir in about 1–2 tablespoons of hot water until the sugar dissolves to make a syrup.
Shake the Espresso:
- In a cocktail shaker or a jar with a lid, add the espresso, brown sugar syrup, and a handful of ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds. This will chill the espresso and create a frothy texture.
Assemble the Drink:
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the shaken espresso mixture over the top.
Add Oat Milk:
- Top with oat milk to your desired level. Stir gently to combine.
Optional Enhancements:
- Add a dash of vanilla extract or garnish with a cinnamon stick for a cozy twist.
